I eat it with fruit and brown sugar but I also love it savory for breakfast with grated cheese and sliced hot sopprasetta. Cheddars, parmesan and smoked cheeses are good for this and pepperoni works in a pinch. I also found a great overnight crockpot oatmeal recipe that calls for chopped nuts and apples. The aroma in the morning is amazing!<BR/><BR/>Now you have inspired me to try steel cut oats.
